Room available from 23rd of May but a little flexible with potential to move in the following weekend (30th)

We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our calm, friendly home.

The house has a genuinely relaxed environment, everyone here values a peaceful environment and is mindful of shared spaces. Housemates are up for a chat in the kitchen now and then, but equally very respectful of each other’s space. Schedules tend to differ, so you won’t be bumping into people constantly.

We’re hoping to find someone who’s:

- Clean and considerate (we keep things tidy and do the occasional deeper clean so great if you can contribute to that)
- Respectful of noise levels
- Friendly, but comfortable with independent living

Happy to contribute to a calm, easy-going household dynamic

About the house:

- 2 bathrooms
- Spacious living area
- Garden
- Extra multi-use room (great for working from home, meetings, or crafts)

The room:

- Large room with massive wardrobes and plenty of storage
- Comes with a desk and potentially a shoe rack
- No bed included

Additional furniture may be available through the landlord, open to discussion

Viewings will be held next weekend (9th/10th May).
