Looking for an individual (preferably male) to take the second room in a ground-floor flat in Lower Clapton. This is a long-term let and you’d be added to the lease.

The bedroom comes furnished as shown, though you may want to add a wardrobe. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and in good condition. I’ve been here for three years and everything works as it should. Its cool in the summer, and warm with reliable heating in the winter.

The room itself is south-facing, so it gets plenty of natural light, and it comes with blackout curtains. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the flat so its actually quite a private room. There’s also a utility room next to it that works well as a WFH space, which opens out into a well-kept garden which is ideal for BBQs and occasionally visited by squirrels and foxes.

The landlord is very hands-off but quick to respond if anything needs fixing.
