The room

**Update 9 April - we had to adjust the price of the room (£896) since originally advertising due to a rental increase and needing to agree the split amongst flatmates. Sorry for any confusion — we promise we’re not operating a dynamic pricing scheme…!!)**

Cute spacious room will be free from 2nd / 3rd May in a split-level flat on the corner of Millfields Park!

You'll be sharing with 3 other ladies:

Lude (French) is a masseuse - working/studying.

Lucy (not me) is an office manager.

Meg (Australian) is a barista.

Location is fab, next to the park and canal, we also have a bunch of grocers, coffee shops, gift shops etc. and the weekly market all on our doorstep. You can walk to Homerton or Clapton overground in 15 minutes, and a load of buses stop outside the house too. (242 to Aldgate). If you cycle, it's 10 minutes to Dalston.

Everyone is super friendly and down for the odd pint, but we mostly get on with our different schedules etc. This is handy given that it is one bathroom between four. We've got a living room with a dining table which is just out of the frame of the pic. There's also an outdoor patio/garden (not pictured).

Looking for another female/non-binary housemate to join. We don’t bring the party home but people have friends over for dinner now and then :)

Ideally you wouldn’t need to wfh all the time.

Room: comes with all the furniture (massive desk, chest of drawers + two in built wardrobes, bedframe). You'll need your own mattress. Looks out onto people's back gardens so v quiet.

You will need to pass referencing checks through the estate agent (right to rent, proof of income).

Rent: £896 for the room.
Bills: £110-20 ish - water, wifi, council tax, gas & elec and whogivesacrap subscription. We pay for the energy we use so would usually be cheaper in summer.
