The communal areas are furnished by current housemates.

Bills - £150 p/m (approx.)
Deposit - £677 (based on old rent and paid directly to departing tenants)
Council Tax band: D

Cleaner every 2 weeks

Super chilled, really friendly and respectful of each others' space and things. Down to hang out when others are around and up for it.

We are a tidy/clean house and appreciate coming home to a nice space.

Mostly quiet during the week but have an amazing dining room and garden for hosting.

Collective appreciation of wine, plants, music and making the space cute - any keen gardeners very welcome!
