I’m looking for a Mon-Fri lodger, other arrangements available too.
The room is in a flat on a 1930s Hackney estate. It is very conveniently located for transport, between Hackney Downs and Hackney Central stations, with several buses close by. Comfy bed, cosy room, with some space to store your things from week to week.
You would be sharing with just me, I work from home, and am often out in the evenings.
Some things that will help us get along: High standards of cleanliness and neatness, respecting each other, quietness, and being vegetarian, at least in the flat :-)
I prefer a Monday to Thursday arrangement, but am open to others. The water, elec/gas, broadband bills are worked out pro rata, typically for a Mon-Thursday rental, they come to about £50 per month.
