Large room near to universities central.

Hi I've got a large double room to rent it's a 5 minute walk from kings cross or Russell Square tube stations a 15 minute walk from Euston station Its Is walkable to the city of London west end soho Southbank Camden and very close to the universities.

It's sharing the apartment only with me I'm easy to live with considerate quiet and respectful.

I'm only looking for someone who goes out to work or study full time Monday to Friday no working from home. Please don't contact me if you work from home obviously if your a student I know you'll be home on school holidays and if your a working person you'll be at home on annual leave and thats fine.

You only have to give me 28 days notice to vacate the property on rent day to leave so your not paying rent if you need to leave quickly.

The room is usually available march april may june july august September october.

Both short or long lets available.

The room has 2 3 seater sofas 2 wardrobes and double bed with 2 under bed drawers so plenty of storage space.

large room 2 windows so lets in light.
