Nice double room

Hi all

I have a cozy bright double bedroom to let in my 2 bed flat very close to Queen’s Park station. The flat is a top floor 2 bedroom flat which is literally a 4-5 minute walk from the station making for an easy commute into central London.

About the room:
The room is very bright and airy and contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv if required. There is shelving on the side which gives additional storage. Probably the best thing about the room is the lovely view it gets of the back gardens of the block and the sunlight.

There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower to be shared with myself only. There is also a large living room and kitchen combined, which has a nice 4 seater dining table.

I’m ideally looking for someone friendly, sociable, clean and considerate. I do like coming home from a long days work to sit in front of the tele and do enjoy having a nice chat. I’m pretty unadventurous during the week so often in bed by 10.30/11 so appreciate someone who is unlikely to be clattering round late at night. No preference for males or females, however an LGBT friendly person preferred.
