Need someone to take over my tenancy from May 15th with the option to stay on after October 5th! (Flexible move in date from 25th May-5th June- date bills go out). Landlord has requested another Girl & have to have a reference 🙂
The House:
5 Bed Terrace, 1 Bathroom & a downstairs toilet. Big TV & Sofa in the kitchen and our landlord has just bought some garden furniture for us! Hoping to get this decorated for the summer & have a get together or two, sad to miss it 😞we have a monthly cleaner & all chip in for toilet paper & cleaning supplies (most of the time our landlord brings some over for us)
Right on the cusp of Clapham, Brixton Hill, 10 Min bus from both Clapham & Brixton! 137 & 159 are both less than 5 min walk away. Lime Bikes are parked just off our road too! Corner shop 30 second walk away & Sainsbury’s is 10 mins walk.
‼️ The Tube is 20 min walk away!! Bus is the quickest, cheapest & easiest mode of transport from this address 🫶🏻‼️pls be aware of this before messaging 🙂
Your Room:
Ground Floor next to Johnny, very spacious. Double bed with a SUPER comfy mattress that’s basically brand new! Lots of storage, the wardrobe is a great size & there’s lots of floor space.
*leak was fixed asap & landlord has just booked in to be repainted soon! Xx

You’ll be moving in with Rosie (f) , Johnny (m) Chi (m) & Bailey (m) who are all fab! Typical social but equally enjoy their own company. Love watching TV whilst cooking & chatting in the kitchen but with everyone’s busy schedules we’re not always in each other’s space! Pub, padel & run club house!!
