Unique opportunity to join our amazing flat-share in one of London's most vibrant and central locations!

One spacious en-suite bedroom is available with a view of Buckingham Palace. The flat has two bathrooms/three toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Our flatmate Christian is sadly leaving - we'll really miss him! - as he's moving in with his wonderful girlfriend.

Located right next to Buckingham Palace and Saint James Park, in close walking distance to Soho, the West End, Hyde Park, Big Ben etc and only a 5-minute walk to Victoria station.

We are looking for someone to stay at least 6 months and who would enjoy being part of a warm, easygoing and welcoming home.

We work in sustainability consulting and law, and when we're not at work, we love the flat to feel like home. You'll often find us:

- Traveling and exploring new places

- Hiking and being in nature

- Having movie nights, whether at home or the cinema
