Sunny double bedroom close to Streatham

Lovely welcoming furnished double room overlooking the garden in a quiet friendly street close to amenities and transport.
I am a single woman in my late 40s with two (very friendly- if shy) cats. I work from home as a freelancer and part-time student.
I am sociable yet quiet and respectful. I like to keep a clean and tidy house. If anything I’m a bit of an introvert though I present extrovert so I genuinely love socialising but also need my quiet time.
There may be the odd occasion in which I’m dancing around and signing to really cheesy music. But I’m disciplined enough (and embarrassed enough) to do that when you’re out out of the house! 🤣. Unless you wish to join in!
And, being part French and brought up in Italy: I do love my food and occasionally pretend I know how to cook.
I genuinely value trust and “no drama” and more than happy
providing character references so you feel comfortable. You need to feel safe and comfortable coming into my home.
I am hoping to find someone who is a professional and is respectful. I would hope you treat this as ‘home’ and respect the property (and me!) but I do not expect you to be anything other than be yourself. If anything, I’d love to live with someone who knows, lives, experiences differently to me.
We’ll share a kitchen but there are two sitting rooms and two bathrooms. It’s not “exclusive use” but there’s room for “your space “ and “my space “.
