A well-presented double room available in a clean, organised home in Blackheath (SE3), within easy reach of Kidbrooke station, buses within 2 minutes straight to North Greenwich Jubilee line, excellent transport links into central London.

I’m a working professional in the interiors/trades industry, so I keep a busy schedule and take a lot of pride in how the home is run and maintained. It’s a calm, well-looked-after space where things are kept simple, tidy and in good order, not overly strict, just naturally well managed.

The household suits someone who values a respectful, easygoing friendly environment, but with independence and space to do your own thing.


The room is a large double, with ample amount of built-in storage, benefiting from a super king size bed small sofa and TV on the wall, however the room can be unfurnished or furnished, the third bedroom is a small room for guests and family visits.
Alongside the shared kitchen, bathroom, two separate toilets and double reception living area, the house benefits from a large 30-metre garden, which is a real highlight. There’s a decked area with relaxed sofa seating, ideal for unwinding or summer BBQs, plus additional space if you enjoy being outdoors, whether that’s sitting with a book, having some quiet time, or even using a section for planting or a small vegetable patch. The garden also includes a small shed set up as a simple gym/workout space, which you’re welcome to use or adapt to suit your routine, along with a larger shed little space to sit, draw, read or just have a bit of time to yourself.

A newly arranged work-friendly area is also being introduced, making the home suitable for occasional working from home without it feeling like you’re living in your office.

There are currently two friendly, well behaved dogs in the home, so being comfortable around animals is important. One is expected to be moving on soon.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easygoing, with a stable routine and a similar mindset when it comes to living in a shared space. Guests are absolutely fine within reason, this is a home to feel comfortable in, just with mutual respect for the environment.

This isn’t a party house, but a relaxed, well run home where everything is settled, looked after, and works as it should.
