I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious, bright room as I'm moving out.

- Available from 1 May 2026, ideally for a minimum stay of 4 months (happy to consider shorter periods with rent adjustments)
- Rent £1000 per month + £1000 deposit (for shorter stays, rent £420 per week + deposit to be agreed)
- All utility bills excluded (gas, electricity, broadband WiFi)
- Excellent WiFi: Gigabit Fibre Broadband
- A large queen-size bedroom with a comfortable new mattress
- big wardrobe

It’s a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat with a combined living and kitchen area. It features large windows with a picturesque river view, and all furniture, including kitchen utensils. The flat is a minute's walk from Woolwich Station, Elizabeth line, very convenient.

The area is safe and charming, with grocery stores just across the street!

The other room became vacant recently. And therefore, you might consider buddying up and renting the entire flat as well as only my room.

I’m mainly looking for a good fit—preferably someone who doesn’t host parties at home. I am seeking a like-minded person who is tidy, respectful, honest, considerate, positive, and takes care of all appliances. If this sounds like you, please drop me a line.
