Hi! We have a small double room available in our shared flat near Crystal Palace Park 🌿

The room is on the second floor, facing the back gardens, so it’s quiet and has a nice view. Storage is limited, so it would suit someone with minimal belongings. Rent is £600 per month including bills. The deposit is £600. The room is available from 9th May and we are looking for someone long term. Standard referencing will be required.

The flat is a clean, relaxed Victorian home with character. There is one bathroom and a shared kitchen with a dining area where we sometimes spend time together. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful and responsible, who is happy to help keep the flat tidy. It’s a calm, easy-going household, so it would suit someone who prefers a peaceful home rather than a party house. Non-smokers or very occasional smokers only. We already have a cat, so unfortunately we can’t accept any additional pets.

The location is peaceful and green, right by Crystal Palace Park, and close to Penge High Street and Crystal Palace. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, fitness and pilates studios, local shops and other amenities nearby.

Transport links are excellent, with Anerley and Penge West around 5 minutes away, Penge East around 10 minutes away, and Crystal Palace around 15 minutes away, all within walking distance.
