Room is fully furnished with king size bed and built in wardrobes as well as a modern en-suite bathroom.
The flat has a large open plan kitchen, living, dinning room as well as balcony and communal roof terrace for the block and a second main bathroom.
There is also handy secure bike storage. The flat is a 5/10 minute walk to both Kennington and elephant and castle.
You would be sharing the flat with me however the majority of the time you would have free run of the flat due to work commitments.
All bills are included an I’m looking for a working professional who is respectful and tidy.
