Our current flatmate is moving out and we’re looking for someone who would join us in a new tenancy
You will be living with Jade, a 29-year old who works in the pharma industry, and Jen, a 26 year old graphic designer.
Myself and Jen have lived in this flat for a few years, but have been many years in the area and love living in this development/area. The Marine Wharf development has a 24hr concierge and a gym included in the rent price.
The room comes furnished with the bed and wardrobe. You will share the bathroom with just one other person!
We’re looking for someone who is:
⁃ Female preferred
- Friendly & warm but appreciates their own time/space
⁃ A clean person is essential
⁃ Unlikely to be able to consider pets
⁃ Full time permanent professional employment (Min. £35K salary to pass reference checks)
⁃ Please note that partners are not permitted to live at the property - the room is for one person only!
This apartment is just a 10- minute walk from Surrey Quays Overground station and a 15-20-minute walk from Canada Water station. For those who prefer to travel by bus, the 188, 47, and 199 routes are just a 5-minute walk away. We are on a Cycle Superhighway and have secure underground bike storage.
There is underground Car Parking for an additional monthly fee but availability is not guaranteed with Marine Wharf.
This modern development boasts a yoga studio, a Tesco Express, a Co-Op, a dry cleaners, a nail salon, and three cafes (Plough Way Deli, Wolfys and The Pear Tree) - everything you need is right on your doorstep.
Rent around £990 for the room and for bills: all bills (including council tax) is around £155-165 each depending on time of year/current prices. Council Tax Band E.
Move in date: 01 July 2026 (small potential possibility to move in earlier, depending on when departing flatmate moves - this is not a guarantee but may still be worth considering!)
