We are a couple extremely clean, tidy and quiet that also love sports and have an extremely friendly dog (Staffy).

We are looking for a professional flatmate that can share with us. She/He must be clean, tidy and quiet. Also animal lover.

Flat details: This is a brand new spacious and bright 3 bed duplex flat which has a good sized modern kitchen/dining equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven and a fridge freezer. There is a bathroom with a bath to be shared by two rooms as the third one is ensuite, plus a separate downstairs toilet. The bedrooms comes furnished (double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and desk)

The room has a fantastic size and plenty of natural light. Built-in 2021, the apartment benefits from toilet facilities on both floors of the property and a modern décor throughout.

There is a communal gated garden accessible from the building to spend time outside when the good weather joins us.

The whole property is decorated to an extremely high standard and comes complete with double glazing and a gas boiler.

There is also a bike storage in the building. There is a cleaner that comes once a week to do the shared areas and wifi also included in the price.

Queens Road, Peckham is packed full of an amazing array of cocktail bars and restaurants that you have easy access to. You’re also just a short distance away from both Peckham Rye and Nunhead High Street.

Transport links into the area are brilliant, with talks of the Bakerloo line also being extended. There’s also plenty of greenery in the area with Peckham Rye and Burgess Park both very nearby.

There is plenty of on-street parking on nearby streets.
