Hi there! I’m a Software Engineer working in Greenwich. My flatmates are moving out at the end of May, so I’m looking for two friendly, responsible and importantly clean working professionals to join me in a spacious, bright 3-bed duplex in Blackheath/Greenwich. Bills are usually ~£150/month.

The flat is in a great location near green spaces — Blackheath Common (5-10 mins) and Greenwich Park (15 mins). It’s very spacious (just as shown in the photos) and well maintained, with a large kitchen/dining area, living room, and a guest Washroom downstairs.

Two fully furnished rooms available:

En-suite double (huge built-in wardrobe)
Standard Double with a shared bathroom (IDEALLY LOOKING FOR A FEMALE, as we both will be sharing a bathroom)

There’s also a social space, dedicated WFH area with fast Wi‑Fi, and a communal garden.
Excellent transport links: Elverson Road DLR (5–6 mins) and Lewisham/Greenwich stations (~10 mins), with London Bridge ~10 mins by train.

Parking slots for car available in the building on paid basis.

Nearby you’ll also find a big Tesco and several gyms within ~10 minutes.
