Modern flat Hampstead Heath (Flexible move-in)

Hi (Flat currently available)

I will be travelling for work for 3 months and I would like to rent out my modern 2 bed, 2 baths by Hampstead Heath on the Parliament Hill side for this time (to one person as a sole occupant).

Ideally, I am looking for a professional in London, who goes into the office most days and is tidy. As such, I am happy to offer a good deal, and wave utilities and bills for the right person as a gesture of good faith. I will be on a different time zone and value a zero hassle tenant and a mutually beneficial agreement.

The flat is furnished with Sky TV, washing machine, dryer and wifi. Back bedroom has black out blinds. Upstairs has large ceilings windows.

I am flexible on move in and move out dates. Any time between two and four months for the let is fine with me. Please let me know if you have any questions. I can give you lots of good recommendations in the area.
