👉 A full wardrobe can be added if the new flatmate plans to stay long-term.

The property is cosy and well-maintained, and includes:
Fully equipped electric kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine)
Comfortable living room with sofa bed and TV
Shared bathroom
The flat can host a maximum of 4 people.

💷 Rent & Bills
£1,250 per month (single occupancy)
£1,450 per month (couples considered)
Deposit: £1,150
