We have a double room available in our lovely 4 bedroom house in Finsbury Park/Holloway.

The house has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a garage where you can store your bike or other important items, and two bathrooms, so you’ll be sharing with just one person.

We’re a young, professional and international household:
• Sonya, early 20s, a recent graduate from Russia
• Thanos, early 30s, a Greek guy who loves dancing
• Me, Sabina, Italian, working in IT (a bit of a geek, but not too much!), late 30s

The room is available immediately, fully furnished, and comes with a brand new mattress.

The house is just a 7–10 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station, with plenty of supermarkets within walking distance and gyms like Sobell Leisure Centre and PureGym nearby.

- Rent: £962 per month (excluding bills)
- Bills: approx. £100 per month
- Deposit: £1,100

An agency manages the house, and all the paperwork is handled through them.
