I’m looking for a new flatmate for a lovely double room in a bright, well-kept 2-bedroom flat in Highgate (N6).

The flat is in a great location and has a really nice feel to it . It's very calm, comfortable, and ideal for someone looking for a home rather than just a room. It’s fully furnished and includes a shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful roof terrace, which is a real bonus in the warmer months.

The available bedroom is a good-sized double, furnished, and would suit a professional who is tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.

You’d be sharing with just one other professional (me!), so it’s a relaxed setup and not a crowded flatshare. I’m ideally looking for someone friendly, considerate, and independent who wants a peaceful, pleasant place to come home to.
