Large double bedroom available in a 4-bedroom stylish Victorian house with a gorgeous garden.

We are looking for a lodger to replace me as I have decided to move near by with a friend. I have lived here for almost two years and it has been a lovely place to live!

The bedroom is a great size and includes a few pieces of furniture - sofa, tv, wardrobe and bed. There is also plenty of light and space! The back garden is a great size and gets sun throughout the day.

The house is just off Philip Lane - and is 15ish mins walk to Seven Sisters station, there is also the 341/230 bus stops just 1 min walk from the house. We're also a 7 min walk to Downshill Park and a variety of local shops and cafe's.

There are three others living at the house, a variety of ages and professions.

All bills are included :-)

Move in date is flexible any time from 15th April - 30th April as I am moving near by.
