A furnished large double room is available in our gorgeous spacious and light new built flat in Tottenham, available immediately.

A girl who wants to contribute to making our house a home. We would really love to find someone who values building community, is organised, an open communicator and likes to keep the flat clean. It’s very important to us that our home is a peaceful and stable safe space, with everyone taking responsibility.

✨ Us :

We are 3 girls in our mid to late 20s who are also looking for a girl to join us, preferably 24+ (open minded for the right person)

We are all pretty busy during the week working and going to the local gym, but on the weeeknd we like to go out together or have a few close friends over for dinner/drinks, but definitely NO WILD PARTIES, however some small gatherings on an occasion.

🏠 Practical info:

- 975 plus bills of roughly £80-120 per month.
- £500deposit
- Good location, near to Tottenham High Road, 3 min walk to a huge Sainsbury’s and The Gym. The nearest overground station is White Hart Lane (7 min walk) and Northumberland Park (10 min walk) and buses within walking distance that will take you to Seven Sisters in 10 min.
- ⁠Rent is paid on the 16th each month. Deposit paid before to secure your place.
- ⁠There are two bathrooms in the flat so each bathroom is shared between 2.
