I am offering double room for one person in a 2-bedroom flat

The room is cool and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. It comes furnished actually (including a TV), but I am open to changes if you would prefer different furniture.
You are not required to keep the plants or wall decorations.

• Direct trains to Stansted Airport (approx. 30–45 minutes)

I am a fair and open-minded person who like to feel comfortable at home. Good communication and paying rent on time are very important to me. I respect privacy and expect the same in return.

I have cats – they are friendly, but if you clearly set boundaries, they will respect your space. Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for people with allergies.
