Hello! We are looking for 1 new flat mate in a 4 bedroom flat near Seven Sisters. Move in date May 2026 flexible. We are 2 females and 1 male working in theatre and healthcare enjoying a relaxed calm lifestyle.

Comfortable and good sized freshly painted room with nice views bright and chilled atmosphere.

Rent is £625 per calendar month including all bills ( council tax, utility bills, broadband, cable TV, cleaner once a week). The Landlord is a good friend and has been great with repairs and new appliances. The deposit is £300 and is paid before the move in day.

The flat has all the usual appliances ( 2 fridges, tumble dryer, dish washer, washing machine) .
The living room is bright and spacious with a TV. There are two bathrooms ( one with a toilet) and a separate toilet.

It is about 10-15 minutes walk to Seven Sisters station ( Victoria line) and a 10 minutes walk to Bruce Grove for the overground to Liverpool Street. There is convenient bus service as well to most areas. The bus stop is 2 minutes away ( 341 to Waterloo via Angel and 320 to Woodgreen.

2 minutes away from many corner shops there is a big Tesco’s at Seven sisters and an Aldi opposite Bruce Grove station.
