We have a spare room available in our three-bed flat. The flat has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, an open-plan living room, a good-sized bathroom with a bath, plus an additional upstairs loo. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Great location between two parks. About 15 minutes’ walk to Seven Sisters underground and 15 minutes to Green Lanes. Strong transport links, shops, and cafes nearby.

Current total rent is £2,000 per month split between three. Bills are shared fairly and cover everything, including council tax. At the moment this is around £815 each per month (Rent+bills). Deposit required - £666.

You’ll be living with Billie (31, set design) and Heather (32, vet nurse). Our current housemate Holly is moving out after buying her own flat.
