Rooms available, great house near Turnpike Lane

Hi I’m Geoff and I have 3 rooms available in my terraced house on a quiet street.

Room 1 is a very large (17ft wide) front double room with king size bed.

Room 2 is large double room with great proportions and a double bed.

Room 3 is the single back room

The upstairs bathroom and separate toilet is shared between the tenants only.
But there is a downstairs bathroom and seperate toilet also.

Large kitchen / diner is a shared space and there is an outside paved garden which is good for barbecues

There is a living room but available some of the time.

All bills included, WiFi Council Tax etc

The property is 5 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane tube or a bus to Finsbury Park / Crouch End / Seven Sisters etc
Near Green Lanes so lots of good restaurants and good bakeries.
The Salisbury pub is at the end of the road and cool bars are 5 mins walk away.

A short bus ride to bars and restaurants of Hornsey and Crouch End or go south to Stoke Newington / Newington Green for bars, pop up restaurants the lakes and the wetlands if you fancy heron spotting!

Re parking - you would need to apply to Harringey Council with car details and proof of address such as the Tenancy Agreement and pay for a parking permit.

I’m freelance work from home as a designer and artist I’m friendly and happy to socialise and I do the odd bbq and shared meal but also happy to leave you to your own thing undisturbed.

Would be great to create a nice place that feels like home for everyone, Also first tenant/s get to advise / choose the other tenants. Once full I may well move in with my partner and leave you young ones to it.

Would consider Min-Fri lets

Would consider serviced rooms also.
