Great location, 5/10min walk to Old Street or Angel underground stations (zone 1) & close to the regents canal.

The room is fully furnished (small double bed, desk, bookshelf, mirror) and it has a huge fitted wardrobe.

Access of bathroom, big kitchen/diner (including washing machine).

I work from home, easy going, clean, tidy, respectful of privacy.

Must be female and non smoker & ideally does not work from home full time.

I have recently got a puppy, so you must be ok with a well trained puppy/dog. He has been trained not to enter the bedrooms, so will never go into your room: He is well behaved and stays elsewhere some nights, so he won’t always be here..
