Double Room Available (Mon - Friday Only)

Hi, I'm looking for a Monday - Friday flatmate starting any time from June 1st. Happy to give flexibility on the start date in either direction for the sake of finding the right (part time) flatmate, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you're looking for a midweek only setup!

It's a clean, warm, cosy, newly decorated two bedroom flat in a great spot close to London Fields and Dalston. It's on the first floor on a quiet residential street facing out to a communal garden at the back so it's very quiet and peaceful, but still just 5 minute walk from Kingsland Road, 10 mins from Dalston, Broadway Market etc. Haggerston overground is a 7 min walk and tonnes of buses into central stop just at the end of the road (5 min walk). The flat is well kitted out with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, coffee machine, air fryer, large flatscreen tv, Sonos system etc. etc.

You'll be sharing the flat with me - an Irish creative working in advertising and film. I WFH a decent amount, so tend to come and go during the day. I’m a friendly, relaxed and respectful flatmate, looking for someone who’s considerate and will keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. I'm always up for a chat or a cup of tea etc. but equally happy to take your lead on how much you want to socialise.

The rent for the 4 nights per week will be £750pcm including all bills, fast fibre wifi, and a professional clean every two weeks.
