Entrance is by a secure double door system with a fob and security camera entrance in the apartment.
Farrindon is an extremely safe area, very quiet at the weekends but with lots of eateries and bars a stone throw away.

I am looking for considerate and quiet flat mate.

The rooms have thick double glazing plus secondary sound proof glazing in the bedrooms and living room plus thermal, black-out floor to ceiling curtains. So it's very quiet despite being in the middle of the city.
I have a very loving , friendly well behaved quiet border collie .
All the mod cons, washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc.
