📍it’s a 5 minute walk to Forest Gate Station, which is the Elizabeth Line 💜
The Lizzy line bring you straight to Stratford in 3-4 minutes where you have Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR, National Rail etc. The lizzy line also goes straight into the city to Farringdon and Tottenham Court Road in less than 25 mins.

🛍️ Lidl, Coop, Tesco all within 10-15 minutes walk of the house. Forest Gate also has plenty of cafes, a superdrug, a library and pubs.

👧 Living with 3 fun girls in their 20’s, 2 Irish, 1 aussie!! Social house - but everyone also appreciates their independence

Room:
Gorgeous bright room, double bed, wardrobe space and desk.

🏡 House:
Consists of four bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. We also have a small garden where we love sitting outside in the summer. Bills come to around £100 pm.

About you:

⭐️ Similar age range.
⭐️We have really made this into our home and looking for someone else who also values having a little safe space to come back to at the end of the day. Consideration for one another is super important to us.
⭐️ Loves to socialise and have fun, but also can respect privacy.
⭐️ We are very clean people and we need you to be too. We will have abit of a cleaning rota.. just for the bathroom/hoovering.. nothing too strict. But we would appreciate if everyone could just clean up after themselves in communal spaces.
