I’m looking for someone who is seeking a home rather than just a place to stay, someone who values a friendly, respectful, and easy-going living environment, while also appreciating personal space and privacy.

The house is well-equipped with all the usual comforts, including central heating, high-speed broadband, a fully fitted kitchen, a cosy living room with a large smart TV, and a conservatory featuring a multi-gym. There’s also a small garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying summer get-togethers.

House rules are simple and fair: no smoking indoors, no shoes inside, and a “clean as you go” approach. There is also a weekly deep-cleaning rota shared between housemates.
