We have a spacious room available for £700 per month (all bills included).

The house is located in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from Priory Park and an 8-minute walk from Upton Park Underground Station and Queen’s Market—making it very convenient for transport and local amenities.

The property has a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor. The other two rooms are en-suite, so bathroom availability is never an issue. The house is equipped with fast wireless internet and a megaflow boiler, ensuring hot water is available 24/7.

The room itself is bright and spacious, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table with drawers, and wall-mounted shelving for extra storage. It is currently occupied by a professional who is moving into her own home, with availability from 6th April 2026.

You would be sharing the home with a friendly, professional family. My husband and I both work full-time, and our child is responsible and respectful. We lead an active lifestyle, regularly attending martial arts classes and competitions, and we also enjoy travelling.

We are looking for a housemate who will treat our home as their own. We respect your privacy and space, and you are welcome to have visitors—just let us know in advance.
