Big Comfortable Double w Balcony Weeknights Only

A really big double room with a balcony and loads of storage- fully and comfortably furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and cupboard, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and armchair.

The area is great- just around the corner from Victoria Park, and parallel to Roman Road with its market, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Tesco is 5 minutes’ walk away.

I usually work from home (downstairs in the living room). My job involves a lot of confidentiality so the living room is quite often unavailable during weekday daytimes, and til 8:30pm on Monday and Tuesday evenings. The room is therefore probably best suited to someone who does most of their work out of the house, although there is a (new) desk and chair if you need to work from home on occasion.

I live very quietly during the week when I'm working and I like my home to be a calm, peaceful environment, so this would suit someone wanting the same.

There’s good transport links to the City as the flat is on the route of the number 8 bus (which goes to Bank via Liverpool Street and Shoreditch). Queen Mary University is an easy walk.

1. 16 minute walk to Bow Road Underground Station (District Line)

2. 16 minute walk to Bow Church Station (DLR- takes 10 minutes to Canary Wharf)
3. 20 minute walk to Mile End Underground Station (Central and District Line)
There are Santander and Lime bikes on the other side of the road.

You’d be living with me and my very gentle and sweet old dog, so looking for someone who is comfortable with dogs and conscientious eg not leaving food in accessible places. She’s calm and reserved so won’t bother you, but will be up for some affection if you want!

The flat is on the 2nd floor and there’s no lift, so unfortunately this wouldn’t suit someone requiring disabled access- sorry.

All bills are included. The room is available for Part Time Monday-Friday, 3 or 4 nights a week

£500 for 3 nights a week
£640 for 4 nights a week
