The sunny bedroom is available for Mon to Friday rent (less is possible).

The bedroom is larger than average, giving it a spacious and light atmosphere. It comes fully furnished, with a separate bathroom and an access to a massage chair in the flat:). Bills are included in the rent. This includes twice a month cleaner. Bedding/ towels can be considered for an extra fee.

This bedroom is part of a stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat located on the 4th floor of a sought-after, gated canal-side block. Overlooking the Olympic Park and the River Lea, this development offers stunning location on the Fish Island next to the Hackney Wick . The flat is exceptionally spacious, with ample natural light flowing through floor-to-ceiling windows. It comes with a bean to cup coffee machine ☺️

The building offers Mon-Fri reception for deliveries (or our own private locker system at the entrance to the building)

There is a parking garage in the basement where spaces can be rented from other residents, subject to availability and an additional charge. Cycling spaces are also available in the basement, free of charge.

This place is ideal for a working professional who lives outside of London but enjoys the mid week comfort of returning to a same, comfortable and relaxing space after day at work. If you appreciate an active lifestyle you'll love the area as there are plenty of activities to enjoy (see below).

Please note that if you have pet allergies, this may not be suitable for you. I have a lovely ginger cat who has claimed this flat as his own.
