Double En-suite Room @ Blackwall station

My flatmate is moving out in two months time and I'm looking for a female professional to take over her contract and then renew once the current contract ends. This is a two-bed two-bath flat located in a high-rise building next to Blackwall station (two stops from Canary wharf and 20 minutes to Stratford). There is a Tesco store and pure gym just five minutes away from the building

A little about me: I work in a financial firm in central London and I go into the office / 4- 5 times a week. I'm looking for a clean and friendly professional female who has a similar work life to me. While I appreciate that you might have guests who will come/sleep over the weekend, I'll appreciate it if you let me know before they do and I'll do the same likewise. I'm also looking for someone that is conscious and respectful of my space and the shared space. Someone that will cleanup after themselves and Joe keep the apartment clean.
