Located right next to lively Bermondsey Street, our flat is located perfectly for commuting to other areas in London and socialising in one of the many pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Price is £847 + bills, which usually come in around £120-150 a month - available to move in ASAP.

About the flat:

3 bed flat, fully-furnished

Shared kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom

About us:

2 friendly and sociable girls in their 30s. I’m British and moved in to flat in March, whilst Siobhan, an Aussie, has lived here for 7 years.

We both work from home 1-2 days a week and are fairly quiet during the week, usually cooking dinner, watching some TV and maybe sharing a bottle wine!

About you:

We are looking for someone late 20s - 30s who is clean, kind and respectful of a shared living space.

Whilst we both have social lives outside of the flat, we do enjoy a catch up and spending time together so would love someone wanting to join in and not just share a front door.

IMPORTANT:
The landlord requires the following:
* Minimum 1-year tenancy
* Proof of UK residency
* Proof of income
* Proof of identity
* 3 months’ payslips / proof of employment
* Two references from previous landlords
* No students
* No smoking
