Apartment located in zone 1 prime location.

The apartment is very clean fully furnished including the kitchen.
Private apartment located in a quiet environment away from roads, area is considered a tourist zone.
No neighbours on either sides.
First floor flat whole floor to ourselves.
Not a block flat like the typical London housing.
Just 2 floors both private with our own private entrance.
1 Double bed, desk, chair with a double size window and triple wardrobe.
Luxury Mattress from John Lewis, everything included such as bedsheets, duvet, pillows and towels. All windows are double glazed. Wooden flooring so no carpets.
Never had any moulds or damp issues.
Central gas heating and I keep the heating on all throughout winter.
Electric heater may be provided as well.
Shared bathroom, toilet, Kitchen and balcony where You can also store your bike or luggage etc.

Cleaning items including toilet tissues etc are fully stocked for you initially for free for the first month.
Washing machine and tumble dryer included for free.
Kitchen is fully furnished including plates, cutlery, pans, microwave, kettle, water filter, toaster, fridge freezer etc.
Kitchen and dining room is semi open plan but I don't cook so smell won't be an issue. Prefer someone who doesn't cook everyday or too late.

The bath tub is never used by me so that will be exclusive for you as I only use the shower. Also the bathroom is located close to your room so it feels like an ensuite.

The living room is not advertised but available, I do occupy it most of the time, this is factored into the rent.
Your local stations are Liverpool st, Aldgate, Aldgate East all 2 minutes walk away and Shoreditch station 5 minutes away.
As it's in central London Zone 1 pretty much all amenities are local such as several supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, Spitalfields market, Brick Lane, Shoreditch and the central city Bishopsgate.

All bills covered in rent including fast internet, council tax. No fees etc.

No reference check required but rent is in advance per month.

Excellent place for someone who wants to be in central London or just wants one other person sharing or just prefers a quite room with no disturbance, perfect for introverts as your bedroom is located at the opposite side of the flat.

I'm in my 30's British born. Graduated a decade ago. Used to work for PwC and KPMG. WFH at the moment but may have to go back in the office.
Very laid back liberal landlord, I never nit pick or have any strict rules.
Politically liberal or central left.
I am very clean, pretty much do most of the flat cleaning and washing myself.

I share most of the essential food for free from waitrose such as bread milk tea coffee etc.

I am an ambivert usually kinda quiet but definitely will drink tea/coffee and have a long chat or willing to explore London together.
I don't smoke or do drugs etc.

No pets as it is a 1st floor apartment, no smoking inside but a balcony is available, vaping allowed indoors.
No couples, Single occupancy only.
No parties or random guest. Authorised guests only. I never invite any randoms either nor have any parties.
If pork or swine cooked please use your own utensils/pans.
