My lovely is flatmate is unfortunately moving out to live with her boyfriend and therefore a double room in the flat has become available!
About the property: It’s a 2-bed ground floor flat with modern kitchen/bathroom, spacious living room and a huge outdoor patio.
About the area: The flat is located in Limehouse (ideal area if you work in the city as it’s only 15min to bank), we have lots of local amenities nearby including a Lidl 10min away and a Tesco express 5min away, a few pubs/coffee shops and Canary Wharf and Victoria Park within walking distance too!
About me (future flatmate): I’m Jess, 23 and have been living in London for 5 years after moving from Spain, I work in insurance and am in the office 5 days a week (therefore you would have the flat to wfh to yourself). I’m into Pilates, hiking and love a cheeky trip to the pub, it would be great to have someone to see the flat as a home rather than a simple flat share and join in the local pub quiz or have a night in from time to time.
