Double Room in Beautiful Lancaster Gate Flat

Beautiful furnished double room available in a lovely 2-bed flat in Lancaster Gate, ideally located near Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station, and around a 20-minute walk to Notting Hill. The flat is on the third floor and includes a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with both bath and shower. All bills are included (council tax, WiFi, utilities), with only small shared costs for water filter replacements every 3–6 months and general cleaning products (open to getting a cleaner too). You’ll be living with me, I’m 25, a photographer, and this will be my third year in the flat; I’m usually either out on shoots or working from home. The landlord is lovely and easygoing. I’m ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, and who is chilled, respectful, clean, and good at communicating, bonus if you’re creative too.
