Double Room in Lambeth North

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our house in Lambeth North (15 min walk from Waterloo Station, 10 min walk from Kennington and Elephant & Castle Stations)🏡

We’re ideally looking for a female aged 26–30 who’s easy-going, friendly, clean and looking for a calm home to come back to after a day at work.

A bit about us:
You’d be joining three of us:
Jack (26) – Social Media Manager
Claudia (28) – Film Producer
Kate (24) – Trainee Lawyer

We’re a really friendly, chilled household who enjoy spending time together in the evenings – usually chatting in the kitchen, watching something on the TV or sitting in the garden. That said, we also all have our own routines and respect each other’s space.

The vibe:
As we’re all young professionals working 5 days a week, this definitely isn’t a party house. We’re all very much more into slow weekends: making breakfast, cooking, going for walks, grabbing coffee etc so it would be lovely if you enjoyed these wholesome weekends also.

We’re looking for a new flatmate who is clean and considerate and treats their house like a home. If you enjoy a catch up in the evening but also happy doing your own thing then this could be the house for you!
