Room to Rent – Peaceful Clean Home (Available 6th July)

Hello,
I’m looking for a mature, respectful female to share my clean, peaceful flat.

The room has a double bed, drawers, clothes rail, and a small folding desk—best suited to someone with minimal belongings.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, gas hob, shared fridge space) and all basic household essentials are provided. The bathroom has a handheld shower.

I work from home, so the living room isn’t available during working hours, but you’re welcome to use the dining area. When I’m away travelling, the whole space is available.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and independent, with a daytime routine and a calm lifestyle. Ideally not a weekday party person, and someone who values a peaceful home environment.

Available from 6th July (currently being redecorated).
