We are looking for a clean professional flatmate. We are 2 professionals, working in film and education. Bonus if you are Catholic.
We have a rotating cleaning plan for the whole flat every 2 weeks, so looking for someone clean and responsible that will stick to that plan. Alternatively, we can hire a cleaner on a regular basis.
All rooms are almost the same size so we split everything by 3. Some space in the living room is used to store my equipment, but there is still space for you to have a shelf and store your stuff as well.
Requirements:
- earning at least £25k per year, the estate agents will perform credit checks
Room includes:
- Single sized bed (folds up into the wall wardrobe)
