Bright Room in Spacious Knightsbridge Flat | 2 Min from Tube + Across from Hyde Park (£1300 incl. bills)

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female student (preferred) or young professional to take over my room in a beautiful 3-bedroom flat in Knightsbridge from approximately 13 June 2026 to 30 September 2026 while I am away for an internship.

The flat is in an amazing location just off Brompton Road, a 2 minute walk to Knightsbridge Station, directly across from Hyde Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, cafés, shopping, and restaurants. The area feels extremely safe and is great for walking, running, and enjoying the park.

About the room

- £1300/month including all bills (except WiFi)
- WiFi is approx. £12/month
- Furnished room with lots of natural light and large windows
- Medium-sized bedroom
- Shared bathroom with one other girl

About the flat

- Spacious 3-bedroom flat on the 5th floor
- Lift/elevator in building
- Porter/doorman and building security
- Large shared living room and dining area with lots of natural light
- Separate kitchen with cooking utensils included
- Washer/dryer in flat (dryer is slightly weak, but drying racks are available)
- 2 bathrooms total

About the roommates

You would be living with two lovely female master’s students (22 & 23). The flat has a calm, clean, and respectful atmosphere with a slightly social vibe. We occasionally hang out or eat dinner together, but everyone also has their own routines and space.

Looking for

The replacement tenant will need to go through the landlord/agency approval process. A guarantor is preferred; otherwise the landlord may require rent to be paid upfront.
