About the flat:
This is a 2-bedroom flat (on the 1st floor) located in Kentish Town, around a 10-minute walk from the station with Underground (Northern Line) and Thameslink connections, and about 12 minutes to the Overground, with plenty of buses 5–10 minutes away. It has great access into central London. The flat is close to the high street with plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Despite this, the road itself is very quiet and residential, making it a peaceful place to live. The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living space, and comes fully furnished.

About the room:
This is a double room in a 2-bed flat, ideally for someone who can move in as soon as possible (with flexibility for a 6th May move-in). The room comes with a bed and wardrobe provided by the landlord. The shelving unit, clothes rail by the window, and desk are currently in the room and can be purchased for a reasonable price if you’re interested.

About your future flatmate:
You’ll be living with me – I’m a friendly and easygoing professional. I’m often out in the evenings and on the weekends doing sports and staying active, but I enjoy coming back to a tidy and relaxed home. I usually work from home 2–3 days a week, and in my downtime I like watching movies and playing games.

About you:
I’m looking for a female flatmate who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and who enjoys a calm and comfortable home. Ideally someone looking to stay long-term.

It would be great to live with someone who is open to communicating about shared spaces, so everything runs smoothly. I’d also like a friendly and easygoing dynamic, I’m open to hanging out in shared spaces from time to time, while still respecting each other’s space and downtime.
