Room in a fantastic Kentish Town flat available at the end of April as I am due to move in with a close friend very soon.
You’ll be living with two sociable guys aged 27 and 30 who work during the week (mostly office, WFH 1-2 days per week), who like to go for a drink but also gym and exercise frequently. Looking for someone who’s up for making the flat a home and not just a crash-pad.
Ideal location as it is easy to get into the centre of the city with a 5 mins walk to Kentish Town station and also Camden Road overground within walking distance.
Lovely well-presented open-plan kitchen and living area and outdoor patio space where you can store a bike.
Green space easy to get to with Hampstead Heath about a 20 min walk away.
Local shops include an ALDI, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Co-op all on Kentish Town high street.
