Room Fantastic Friendly Flat, Nr Hampstead Heath

We are a creative couple, looking for a friendly professional flatmate with a good sense of humour.

Please note the room is for single occupancy only.
We are looking for a female flatmate.

The room is bright, south facing with a standard double bed. Sized at 14ft x 10 ft. (4.2 x 3.6 meters) it has good storage with built-in wardrobes on one side. The room has wooden floors, a sash window, and a small fireplace. If you work from home, previous flatmates have put a small desk in the room for this.

The flat has a modern feel and is over 2 floors in an old Victorian house.
We have a large living room with a dining table. It has a well-equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with a fireplace, a freestanding bath and a separate shower. The flat also has fast WiFi / washing machine / dryer / dishwasher.

Within 3 minutes walk from the flat you are on Hampstead Heath! Really close by there is an outdoor swimming pool, with a poolside sauna, tennis courts and 5 gyms nearby.

The area has some good pubs, cafes and local grocery stores. Really easy for transport, Kentish Town & Tufnell Park Tubes. Gospel Oak overground line is very close by - which is super quick to travel to e. g. Hoxton, Dalston or West towards Shepherds Bush etc. Also buses 214 to Kings Cross & Liverpool Street, 88 into Oxford circus.

You’ll be sharing with Mike (owner) and Liliana. Mike is from London and is a tech startup founder.

Liliana is a creative (originally from Lisbon) working in graphic design and illustration.

We both tend to go to arts events - East London scene, theatre, film, galleries etc. are clean and tidy and prefer to party out and relax at home, dinner parties etc.

We have had flatmates in the past, with an average stay length of 1.5 years.

The common areas of the flat are cleaned once a week, this is included in the rent.
