Hey! We’re looking for someone to take a really spacious double room in our beautiful Victorian house in Kensal Rise 💛

The house 🏡
It’s a big, bright 4-bed on a quiet street, with loads of space to actually relax (rare in London 😅). We’ve got:
– Open-plan living room + kitchen
– A private garden (BBQs pending as soon as the sun shows up ☀️)
– 2 bathrooms
– A spare guest room with a sofa bed for friends/family

The location 📍
– 5 mins to Kensal Rise (Mildmay line)
– Close to Kensal Green (Bakerloo + Lioness)
– 30mins to Oxford St
– Surrounded by great cafés, pubs & local spots
- 20 min walk to Notting Hill
– Near Willesden Sports Centre if you’re into gym/swim/track etc.

About us 👯‍♀️
We’re 2 girls and a couple (26–28), all working in creative industries. It’s a friendly, chilled home - we’re up for the odd wine night, dinners and summer hangs, but equally respect alone time and our own routines.

- Furnished with large mirror-fronted wardrobe, double bed and bedside tables with space for a desk
