Bright, airy en-suite in great location

Hi, we are looking for a person to rent the third bedroom in our friendly flat. We are an easygoing couple aged 31 who work in advertising and engineering and rent the other two bedrooms.

THE ROOM: is a bright airy double en suite, which comes furnished with a king size bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The en suite is a shower room.

THE FLAT: is warm and spacious with a separate kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, iron/board and oven. It comes furnished with many utensils and cookware we all share and you’re welcome to use. The sitting room is furnished, including a TV.

LOCATION & AMENITIES: the flat is in a beautiful courtyard on a quiet residential street in Kennington. There’s no private outdoor space but we have a fire escape back entrance that has leads onto another quiet street with a Tesco express less than 1 minute away. A larger Tesco, library, pubs, gym and restaurants are all only a 5 minute walk away.

TRANSPORT LINKS: are excellent.

- Vauxhall (Victoria line, overground): 11 mins
- Lambeth North (Bakerloo line): 15 mins
- Waterloo Station: 14 mins by bus / 21 mins walking
- Victoria Station: 20 mins by tube / 27 mins walking

US: We have been together for four years. As flatmates we are clean, tidy, like catching up while we make food, watching TV (trash and good stuff) whilst also being respectful of individual space / time alone / work commitments. We like having people over for dinner sometimes, and going out - but also early nights! We’d like someone who enjoys the same :)

LOGISTICS
- Bills are currently around £162 subject to small variance, and in addition we each contribute ~£11.33 per week for a cleaner
- 12 month contract
