We're Rufin (28), Robbie (27), Rob (26). We all live in a great 3-storey, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse. We're a 15 minute walk from Waterloo station, 10 minutes from Kennington, Vauxhall and Lambeth North stations. We all work in finance / consulting jobs in the City. We've lived together in this house for 4+ years now.
In June, our fourth housemate is moving in with his girlfriend so his double en-suite is available.
About the house:
The house is fully furnished, comes with a dishwasher and solar panels. We have four bedrooms, four bathrooms, good sized living room, kitchen and garden. It was built 6 years ago so all new and in good condition. Bills usually £50-100 each per month (incl. cleaner).
The available room is one of the en-suites.
About us:
Rob and Robbie are both from Edinburgh. Rufin is from Buckinghamshire. We're all fairly busy during the week but are good mates and spend a decent amount of time together. We like playing sport (running, tennis, golf etc) and going out for food/drinks. We’ve all got our own friends from school/uni etc.
